By signing below, I authorize Hail Hound Repair LLC and its designated representatives to take possession of my vehicle from its current location for the purpose of transporting it to the repair facility. I understand that the vehicle may be picked up from my residence, workplace, or any other agreed-upon local address. I acknowledge that the keys are being voluntarily transferred to a Hail Hound representative for this purpose. Hail Hound Repair LLC assumes full responsibility for the vehicle while it is in their possession, including during local transport. All drivers are insured and trained to handle vehicle relocation safely. I will be notified upon successful drop-off at the facility or if any issues arise during transit.
