Terms and Conditions
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES & MANNER OF COMMUNICATIONS
By signing this document, you consent to conduct transactions electronically and agree that electronic signatures are legally binding. You authorize Hail Hound Repair LLC to communicate with you via email, SMS, MMS, and phone calls regarding your vehicle repair.
REMOVAL OF PERSONAL ARTICLES AND LIABILITY
Hail Hound Repair LLC is not responsible for personal belongings left in your vehicle. You must remove all personal items before leaving your vehicle. You are required to maintain full vehicle insurance coverage throughout the repair process.
TOTAL LOSS or NON-REPAIR
If your vehicle is deemed a total loss or if repairs are stopped for any reason, you will be responsible for administration fees and storage charges. These fees must be paid before vehicle release.
TRANSFER OF VEHICLE (OPTIONAL)
You authorize Hail Hound Repair LLC to transfer your vehicle to other locations for specialized work if necessary. All transfers will be performed by qualified personnel.
AUTHORIZATION TO ACCESS VEHICLE DATA
You grant permission to Hail Hound Repair LLC to access electronic data from your vehicle for diagnosis and repair purposes. This may include accessing vehicle systems and modules.
AUTHORIZATION TO DISASSEMBLE
You authorize Hail Hound Repair LLC to disassemble your vehicle for estimating repair costs. If repairs are not completed, you may be charged for disassembly and reassembly work performed.
ADVANCED DRIVER ASSIST SYSTEMS (ADAS)
Calibration of ADAS systems may be required as part of the repair process. This may require a full fuel tank and additional time. You authorize these calibrations to be performed as needed.
RENTAL COVERAGE
If rental coverage is provided, Hail Hound Repair LLC will cover basic rental costs. You are responsible for additional fees including tolls, fuel, damage waiver, and any other charges not covered by your insurance.
NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 70.001, TEXAS PROPERTY CODE
This notice is provided pursuant to Section 70.001 of the Texas Property Code. You are obligated to pay for all repairs and services performed. Failure to pay may result in vehicle repossession and sale to satisfy the debt.
